National Park- Tour in Nepal

Chitwan national park is the first National park in Nepal established in 1973. Chitwan is the nearest National park to Kathmandu. UNESCO, World Heritage site is “At the foot of the Himalayan, Chitwan one of the few remaining undisturbed vestiges of the Terai region. Which formerly extended over the foothill of India and Nepal? Its dense forests and grassy plains are home to rare mammals like one-horned rhinos and Bengal tigers. The park shelters numerous bird species, including the giant hornbill.
